I want to take a moment to thank you, our laboratory partners, for the work you and your teams do every day.
Laboratories continue to operate in an environment of increasing demand, staf昀椀ng pressure and complexity. We
know those challenges do not pause when patient care is on the line.
At Sysmex, our role is to stand alongside you with solutions and support that make a meaningful difference in
the day-to-day work of the lab. That means listening closely, investing with purpose, and continuing to advance
automation, digital capabilities, and work昀氀ow support in ways that reduce complexity rather than add to it.
As we bring new solutions and capabilities forward, our promise remains the same - to deliver a consistent,
dependable customer experience, backed by the service, training and support you can rely on from implementation
through everyday use.
The XR-Series is an important part of that progress. It re昀氀ects our commitment to reliable performance, thoughtful
design, and innovation built around the realities of modern laboratories. As we look ahead, we are preparing to share
more about a broader approach to laboratory performance, one that brings together automation, service, work昀氀ow,
and insight in a more connected way.
I'm looking forward to ADLM in Anaheim and to the opportunity to connect with many of you in person. The
conversations we have with you about what's working, what's changing and where you need support continue to
shape how we move forward.
